Stunning wall mounted illuminating circular mirror model No. 2349 in 24 karat gold-plated brass with molded crystals around the perimeter by Palme & Walter, Germany 1960’s (signed with original label on back). This mirror is extremely luxurious and gives off a lovely glow. Metal has been cleaned, polished and lacquered. It has also been rewired.

Claude Victor Boeltz Rare Vanity Mirror in Gold with Rock Crystals 1983 (Signed)

Rare vanity mirror model No. 24. "exploded bronze" design 24 karat plated bronze with rock crystals by Claude Victor Boeltz, France 1983 (signed “Made in France, BOELTZ PARIS” on plaque). This is a stunning work of art. Boeltz’s "exploded-bronze" pieces, made famous in the early 1970s, were carried by luxury retailers Fred Joaillier and Cartier Paris. New backing by Lobel Modern. Original paper backing retained with notations on inside (shown in photo).

Reference:
Claude Victor Boeltz catalog published in the 1980’s shows a color photograph of this model with the notation “Miroir coiffeuse 200 x 250 - H. 45cm - REF I”. A drawing is also present with the model “#24” written below.

Karl Springer Stunning "Saturn Mirror" 1980s

"Saturn Mirror" with curved mirrored panels, all with beautifully beveled edges, by Karl Springer, American 1980's. It is difficult to bevel on a curve. This mirror is nothing but curved bevels and is a testament to Springer’s devotion to fine craftsmanship.

Pair of rare twin headboards model no. 5731 in sculpted walnut from the Janus Series by Edward Wormley for Dunbar, American 1957 (with original metal labels signed “DUNBAR Berne, Indiana”). Finely crafted, this model is rare and was only made in 1957.

Delon was a famous actor who turned his attention to furniture design with great success.  His pieces were done in small runs with only a few examples in the marketplace.  His designs are very chic and beautifully made.

Monumental and spectacular rare mirror “La Mer Dechainee” with sculpture frame in hand-brazed and patinated bronze with hand-painted enamels and beveled mirror by Philip & Kelvin LaVerne, American 1970s (signed “Philip Kelvin LaVerne” on bottom right corner and “PKL” on the back of the trim). The artisan craftsmanship and scale of this mirror are truly superb. The LaVernes loved nature and did several works as tributes to the sea.

Philip and Kelvin LaVerne Rare "Eternal Lovers" Mirror 1960s (Signed) - SOLD

Rare and important mirror “Eternal Lovers” is hand-brazed in patinated bronze, frame with curled tubular and rod elements, with a beveled mirror by Philip & Kelvin LaVerne, 1960's (signed “Philip Kelvin LaVerne” on bottom corner). According to Kelvin LaVerne only a small number of sculpture mirrors were made. Each one was different, incorporating unique artistic elements. The artisan execution of this mirror is superb. This is truly a work of art.
