Rare and important cantilevered "Z Desk", brass-clad with drawer, designed by Gabriella Crespi, Italian, 1970's (signed “Gabriella Crespi” with “GC” insignia on right leg and "Gabriella Crespi .BREV" impressed into the left leg).

This desk comes with a "Certificate of Authenticity" from the Gabriella Crespi archives which states it was made in 1974 and is one of the first ones ever made.

"Shang Ti" Table by Philip and Kelvin LaVerne - SOLD

"Shang Ti" table in patinated and engraved bronze and pewter with beautiful enamel cloisonne by Philip and Kelvin LaVerne, 1960s (signed on top). The LaVernes did floral still life artworks throughout their entire collaboration.

Reference:
ALCHEMY: THE ART OF PHILIP AND KELVIN LAVERNE written by Evan Lobel with Kelvin LaVerne, published by Pointed Leaf Press in 2024, this table is shown on page 66 in the section titled Historical Civilization Series . The caption reads, “The 1960s SHANG TI table is one of two models. This one, with its beautiful floral motif, was enhanced with the use of enamel cloisonne. The legs were sculptured to resemble bamboo in the Chippendale style.”
