AVEM Artistic Production 1932-1972 by Marc Heiremans published by Arnoldsche in 2020, pages 46 and 47 show similar pieces by Radi with the same technique.
Murano ‘900 by Franco Deboni published in 1996 by Bocca Editori - Milano, in the catalog section with examples from each glass house, number 2 and 3 both show works by Giulio Radi for A.V.E.M. 1950-1952 with foils in the glass with spiral designs.
Provenance:
Evan Lobel purchased this pieces directly from A.V.E.M. in 2001 as part of a large collection of pieces stored there from the 1940’s, 50’s and 60’s.
