Unique hand-brazed cube table in patinated bronze and pewter with engraved figural motif inspired by Michelangelo’s “ignudi” with enamel cloisonne by Philip & Kelvin LaVerne, American 1960's (signed “Philip Kelvin LaVerne” on side). This rare artwork showcases the artistic talents of Philip & Kelvin LaVerne. The figures continuously wrap around the sculpture on all sides. The optional glass top complements the shape of the sculpture.

The caption reads, “This pair of sculptured cube tables on casters were inspired by the
”ignudi” in the Sistine Chapel by Michelangelo. They were created in the 1970s, in hand-brazed bronze and pewter, engraved with enamel cloisonne.”
