Extraordinary 4 door Art Deco credenza in book-matched rosewood with ribbon inlays in pewter and bronze with solid brass artisan center medallion of 3 swimming dolphins and delicate mother-of-pearl inlays around the outside of the front by Dominique, French early-1960’s. One of the most recognized names in Art Deco, Dominique was known for streamlined designs and superb inlays which are both hallmarks of this piece.

10 Arm chandelier in brass and black metal with extensive decoration with strings of crystals attributed to Tommi Parzinger, American 1950's. This came from a home on Long Island decorated almost completely in Parzinger furniture and lighting in the 1950’s. We believe that Parzinger may have been the decorator. This chandelier is very glamorous.

A professor of sculpture from 1964 at George Washington University in Washington DC, Harry Irving Gates became Professor Emeritus in 2002. A talented artist who worked in various mediums, he creates mixed media works as well as large-scale abstract sculpture. His work is in numerous collections including that of the Chase Manhattan Bank in New York, the Corcoran Gallery in Washington DC, and Washington ans Lee University in Virginia.
