Pair of rare "Lighthouse Table Lamps" clad in gray shagreen with polished brass bases and shades by Karl Springer, American 1980's. The color and texture of the shagreen is exquisite with the brass.

Petrified wood is ancient wood that has been fossilized - it has the same qualities as stone but retains it’s original organic depth and complexity. Each piece is totally unique. This table is a work of art.

Rare "Lotus Desk Chair" model 7003 in molded curved lucite with upholstered seat and back with chrome base incorporating a tilt and swivel mechanism by Vladimir Kagan, American 1970's. Polished chrome fittings on the exterior of the lucite shell. This desk chair is super chic and very comfortable.

Philip LaVerne One-Of-A-Kind Sculpture Game Table with Carved Hands 1966 (Signed) - SOLD

One-of-a-kind sculpture game table in teak with book-matched Carpathian elm top with 2 drawers on opposite sides, each with a carved articulated hand over it, by Philip LaVerne, American 1966 (signed on top “Philip LaVerne”). The sculpted tapering legs are works of art. Philip LaVerne briefly experimented using wood as a medium in 1966 .  These works from this series are extremely rare.  The craftsmanship is simply superb with dovetail construction of the drawers and hand-sculpted joinery at the corners that is second to none. Even the bottom is completely finished. This is a tour de force of design and craftsmanship.
