Pair of elegant lounge chairs, ebonized wrap-around frames with new upholstery and brass sabots, by Roberto and Mito Block, Mexico, 1950's. French-born brothers Roberto and Mito Block worked in Mexico City from the 1930’s through the 1970’s. Their work was sold out of their Mexico City showroom, Rob Block & Cia, and featured their restrained modern interpretations of classical forms.
