Exceptional "Art Moderne Coffee Table" in satin bronze with polished brass inlays and an inset glass top by Karl Springer, American 1980's. The Art Moderne series is one of Springer’s best. This piece has been fully restored - metal has been cleaned, polished and lacquered. The glass top is newly fabricated by Lobel Modern. The combination of satin bronze with polished brass is super chic. The coloration of the bronze is perfectly even - any lighter areas are from the spotlights in the showroom.

Rare and important sculpture "Generation" with cast bronze figures and table top in patinated and engraved bronze and pewter with enamel cloisonne by Philip & Kelvin LaVerne, 1970’s (signed, “Phillip K. Laverne” on table top.) Retains original showroom label with the title, “Admiration” - this was the original title of this work and the LaVernes decided that Generation was a better descriptive title so they changed it. There is support under the table top so that this piece can also serve as a coffee table or bench. The pieces from the Cast Series are among the LaVernes’ most important.

Rare and early dining table with base and top covered in pie-cut 2-tone embossed leather with solid lucite supports by Karl Springer, American 1970's. This table has been completely restored. The bottom lacquer color is blue and the top lacquer color is white. The meticulous craftsmanship and superb materials are the hallmarks of Karl Springer’s designs.

Unique and exceptional "Free Form Coffee Table" in tessellated black marble with brass trim at base by Karl Springer, American 1980's (signed “Karl Springer - Hand Made in the Philippines”). What makes this table absolutely remarkable is that in the center of the top there is a round focal piece around which the entire table top is constructed - all the pieces on the top are curved and radiate to the edges.
